It started off with the process of documentation,

which led to the act of continuous repetition.

The operation of scanning documents and works proceeded to the exploration of a new wave, a wave of encapsulating light that is placed onto the glass.

By being so infatuated and engulfed in the process of continuous repetition these scans were created. After

a long period of time I ended up being engrossed in the scanning of a moving piece of paper, and thus creating a new abstraction on paper with an already existing piece of material to work on. The series that you will find here is another layer of documentation that was done after the photocopying and then the digital rescanning of the photocopying. I realized that I wanted to convey this act of repetition in the final work, so this led me to create a continuous series of booklets

with each one only having one subject, one scan.
